This Privacy Policy explains how RYCO AI, LLC ("RYCO AI," "we," "us") handles information in connection with the RT Hub application and website (collectively, "RT Hub"). RT Hub is a study and reference tool for respiratory therapists and students. By using RT Hub, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, used to create your account, sign you in, and contact you about your subscription or support requests.
- Study activity: your answers to practice questions, flashcard activity, and study-progress metrics, used to power weakness tracking and adaptive review within the app.
- Subscription status: whether you have an active weekly, monthly, annual, or lifetime plan, and whether a free trial has been used on your account, so the app can unlock the appropriate content.
- Basic technical data: limited app performance and error-reporting information used to keep the app stable.
Information we do NOT collect
RT Hub does not collect, request, or store any protected health information (PHI) or patient-identifying information. We never ask for and never store patient names, medical record numbers (MRN), dates of birth, Social Security numbers, addresses, or phone numbers of patients. RT Hub is a personal study and reference tool and is not connected to any electronic health record system.
How we use information
- To provide and personalize your study experience (e.g., recommending review based on your performance).
- To manage your account and subscription.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To maintain, secure, and improve the app.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your study data for advertising. RT Hub does not use tracking pixels, cross-app tracking, or third-party advertising networks.
Third-party services
We use a small number of trusted third-party providers to operate RT Hub:
- Apple App Store — processes all in-app purchases and subscriptions on iOS. We do not receive or store your credit card number, billing address, or any payment method.
- RevenueCat — validates subscription receipts from the App Store and tracks subscription state so the app can unlock the correct content. RevenueCat receives your Apple purchase transaction ID and subscription status only.
- Supabase — hosts our authentication system and stores your account and study-activity data on encrypted servers. Passwords are hashed; data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
- Fly.io — hosts our backend API infrastructure.
Each provider processes only the data needed to perform its function under its own privacy and security commitments. RT Hub does not use Stripe, PostHog, or any advertising or analytics network beyond basic error reporting.
Data retention
We retain account and study data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see below).
Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. We honor these rights for all users regardless of location.

Children's privacy
RT Hub is intended for respiratory therapy students and professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
App Store disclosures
For applicable mobile platforms, RT Hub provides the data-collection disclosures required by the App Store and Google Play within each store listing. Those disclosures describe the categories of data collected and whether data is linked to your identity or used for tracking. RT Hub does not use your data for cross-app/cross-site tracking.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated in-app.
